PLUGRUSH's RIGHTS
We hold the right to limit access or ban; any user, any domain, any campaign, with-hold earnings or cancel earnings completely for any reason violating our TOS or other written rules, or if a website has unproductive traffic or what is considered to be a bad geo mix of traffic sent to PlugRush.

PAYOUTS
Outstanding earnings in PlugRush will be paid to your PlugRush account on the 5th of every month. PlugRush holds the right to payout to your PlugRush Account on a later date the same month if something should prevent PlugRush from doing so on the 5th. PlugRush currently hold one business PayPal account and one personal ePassporte account for handling payouts to and from users PlugRush Accounts. PlugRush will hold enough money to always account for the amount owed to users of our websites, but we may be limited on either or both of these accounts at any time. We keep the right to hold money elsewhere if that is beneficial for the users or PlugRush. It is the users responsibility to always have option to get paid from us (with either a Paypal account or an ePassporte account that allows transfers from personal accounts), and users accept that instant/automatic withdrawals of funds may not be available at all times.
